LEGON BOTANICAL GARDENS, MY FIRST EXPERIENCE
The LEGON BOTANICAL GARDENS is one of the few child-friendly outdoor space in Accra. It can boast of a well laid out open space in the center of Haatso and at a strategic location sandwiched between the oldest university in Ghana, University of Ghana and Wisconsin University, whilst surrounded by a few number of popular restaurants. Also, the facility is by the road side and makes navigation easy for new guests which is a plus I must add. With all this in mind, you will still find it not over crowded with visitors which is good, and gives it that peaceful and quite place for all sorts of guest. I have been invited more than once but never went until this week. I was excited because I was looking forward to try their version of the canopy walk and the boat ride and biking.
